The Power of Green

Green spaces inspire me!! I can feel the gentle breeze, the rustle of the leaves, (both overhead and under foot). The dapple of light as it filters through the bamboo forest.

These spaces help me to be mindful and aware, yet reflective and in awe. Step out of the rush of life and spend some time in green spaces each day to focus or relax, to slow down or intesify. I use the surroundings to enhance myself perspective of the moment, recognise my errors, think about lessons learned and step forward as an improved version of myself.
