T-max safe positioning

Top of shoulder level with top of back support

Fix head to head piece with mask

Remove any slide sheet

Contalateral side support in fully (right upto edge of table - fully inserted)

Ipsilateral side support onto chest wall (not compressive / but supportive)

Leg support pillow in place

padding over thighs

Check Anaesthetist happy to proceed to sitting position (ensure Brain O2 monitor on)

Sit patient to upright position
